When we adopt a dog, we basically get a lifetime companion that will be there for us through bad and good days. We tend to love them unconditionally, and we do all efforts to keep them happy. But, our kids (and our inner child) will still see the dog as this cute, big toy that we need to play with at all times.
Dogs are a big responsibility that the entire family should be a part of. We can’t just bring a dog and treat it as an object for our satisfaction. How could we know that dogs are the most faithful and loving creature we could ever find?
However, scientists have lately given us proves that dogs don’t always enjoy the things we do to them. For instance, we can’t help but hug our pets whenever we come across them, right? Well, our dogs don’t really enjoy it, and yet, they will try their best to tolerate it because they care about us… we don’t deserve them!
I think it is time to stop annoying our furry friends and understand the things they like and don’t like in order to keep them happy for as long as they breathe.
