Sneezing is an involuntary outflow of air from the lungs that happens suddenly. One of the reasons behind it may be some irritant of the upper airway. Snorting, on the other hand, is identical to sneezing, but it is voluntary from the dog and could be a result of some sort of infection or an allergic disease.
