#1 – Exercise before Training Sessions
Imagine a five years old boy who is enforced to stay at school without any breaks. He will feel extreme stress and would take any opportunity to run away; this is exactly the case of your dog when you attempt to train him first without releasing his energy.
Doing some exercise before your training sessions will liberate his power and will definitely tame his furious behavior. A 30 to 60 minutes morning walk, followed by a shorter walk in the evening is absolutely perfect.
Also, try not to make it too fast, so your dog can stretch his legs and his brain with all the fascinating views, sounds, and smells. Exercise will reduce his energy, especially at home.
