#4 – Cyanide Poisoning
This is a medical emergency that follows the ingestion of many pits. Cyanide poisoning can happen depending on the number of seeds eaten, the size of the dog, and whether the pit has been chewed. The pit contains a poisoning component that can be released only in case the dog chews the pit or managed to ingest broken pieces of it.
