2. Check for dog food issues
One of the first things you should always do whenever your dog is not eating is to check his food.
Sometimes the problem is as simple as spoiled or expired food, or maybe they even accidentally spilled some water into his food bawl, and that’s why they’re not eating.
If that’s not the problem, then consider getting some dog treats. Normally dogs can’t resist treats, so if they still don’t show any interest in eating the treats, then you should start to worry.
