But if you keep your dog outside, providing them with good sheltering conditions is vital. Ensure that their little doghouse is protected from the weather conditions and that there aren’t any breaches allowing water or wind to come through. Try to elevate their bed to help them preserve their body temperature and equip their bed with various layers of blankets to create a cozy environment. If the winter in your area is particularly harsh, consider taking your furry friend inside to keep them as safe and comfortable as possible.
