#3 – Don’t leave your dog in the yard
Don’t ever allow your dog the freedom to wander around your yard or home garden when you’re away.
Not only is there the risk of your dog running away or suffering from dehydration while outside during summer, but there is also the danger of getting poisoned as a result of inhaling or ingesting plants that are treated with pest-control products like pesticides and insecticides.
