1. Reduce your dogs’ exposure to allergens

To do this, you must be aware of what your dog is allergic to, and once you figure it out, you must do your best to avoid letting your dog be around certain environments where their allergy can become worse. For example, if your dog is allergic to pollen, avoid taking them out to gardens or going for a walk in nature, especially during autumn or spring season. Pollen normally comes from flowers and grass, so avoiding these areas during peak seasons is the best choice. Go for an evening walk with your dog to the beach or another environment where pollen isn’t a problem.
