3. Give your dog oatmeal baths

Dogs love baths, so why not pamper your dog from time to time with an oatmeal bath? Not only it’s a way of relieving skin issues, but it also works on a dog’s atopic dermatitis since oatmeal possesses anti-inflammatory properties. All you need to do is grab one cup of whole oats and blend it until it transforms into powder. Remember that the oatmeal should be as natural as possible, which means it shouldn’t contain any additives. Step two is to fill up your bathtub with lukewarm water and pour the powder into the tub while mixing it. Lastly, get your dog inside the tub and allow them to sit there, fully soaked for 15 minutes. After this time, feel free to rub the oatmeal into your dog’s fur, massage their skin carefully, especially if it’s already irritated. Then all that’s left to do is to dry them by patting them with a towel and brush their hair carefully. Repeat this every week!
