#6 – Keeps Hiding
One of the signs of depression in dogs the fact that they become inclined to hide and cower away. If your dog starts behaving in such a manner, then something might be bothering it, and you need to get to the bottom of it.
The problem becomes especially pronounced if there is nothing around that might stimulate the fear of a dog or if the dog becomes afraid of something that did not use to make it afraid.
