3. Don’t bark back
A dog barking sound may be annoying, but a human trying to bark at his dog is too. Many owners bark back at their dogs, sometimes out of fun, other times out of frustration. Even though it might sound like a good idea, it’s not. By doing this, you’re just incentivizing your dog to bark more, or worse, you might make them feel scared or threatened. Whenever your dog is barking, you should either ignore them or speak to them calmly, don’t make them think you’re like them.
