8. Start young and small
This one is related to not rushing the bathing process. If you have a puppy, you must start with the basics, let them relax first, allow them to explore the area, and then, after a few days, start turning the water on, let them get used to its sound, will enable the bath to fill a little and let your pet wet their paws. If they want, they’ll get in by themselves. You should not force anything on any dog, no matter what their age is. But puppies especially, since they’re so easy to control, end up getting traumatized by an experience because their owners didn’t allow them to get comfortable first.
