Most canine aggressions occur because people do not understand the language that dogs use, nor are they able to decipher these warning signals that they send. However, it should also be noted that dogs start to be more aggressive after reaching social maturity, that is, between eight months and three years of age.
Most of the time, and despite good intentions, people end up scaring, threatening, or bothering the animal, and they react to it by biting.
When it comes to aggression out of control, it is necessary to assess whether other conditions are causing the animal’s ire, such as lack of socialization, lack of aggressive dog training, inadequate feeding, inappropriate activities, among other factors.
