4. They’re Calm And Relaxed When They’re Around You
Even though your dog might feel super excited when you get home, that excitement will decrease (thank god! ), but it’s for a good reason! After kissing you and showing you all the physical affection, your dog will settle down, maybe sit around you or calmly follow you around the house while you do your chores. This is because they feel calm and comfortable around you. When are you usually calm? Most likely in a familiar place, with people you know and love. And when are you nervous or stressed? Probably in the opposite scenario. Some ways they have to express they are happy and calm is by rolling over, showing their tummy to you, eye blinking, having their tail moving side to side, or having their mouth open with a lolling tongue!
