1. Pike catches
This is a well-known children’s game and is perfectly feasible in the canine universe. It consists of two types of players, the catchers, and the fugitives. As the names already anticipate, the catchers must run after the fugitives, and whoever is caught by touch becomes the new catcher. This activity exercises your dog’s agility since he will have to avoid obstacles in the middle of the way so as not to get caught. Besides, this is one of the fun things to do with your dog inside, and the more you play, the healthier and more intimate you will be! 2.Hide and seek This is another very common game in the children’s universe that can be used without restrictions with your dog. It is quite simple: while one person (the “catch”) keeps his eyes closed counting to ten, the other participants hide. People who have gone into hiding have to go back to the place where the first person counted and hit their hand at the starting point by saying a phrase, such as: “1, 2, 3 (name of whoever knocked)” to save themselves. The last one to be caught by the catcher, replacing him in the next round of play. If your friend has not yet learned to obey some key commands like “stay”, you will need someone else’s help to distract you while you hide. This is one of the best games to play with dogs. 3.Interactive dog toys Interactive toys are those that involve your dog’s most lasting involvement. That means they must be interesting and thought-provoking enough to keep you entertained. It can be classic brain games for dogs like a puzzle, a ball-launcher, or classic Kong. Anyone will exercise at least one part of your dog’s body and give you a few hours of rest. The benefits generated by these interactive toys depend on the type. They range from stimulating reasoning and activating hunting instincts to promoting relaxation or expanding your mental energy. The puzzle, for example, is great at correcting behavioral issues. Kong can stimulate as few natural behaviors, like chewing, scavenging, and working for food.
