3. Growling and hissing
If you’re wondering why your dog hisses at other dogs on the street or why your dog growls at your grandma, it is probably because they either feel jealous or threatened. It’s really up to you to figure out what the situation is.
If you are petting another dog on the street, it’s jealousy, but if you just walk by without paying any attention to the other dog then your dog might feel threatened.
