4. What About Baths Outside?
Most dogs love being outdoors, so an outdoor bath can be a great idea, especially during the summer! If your dog enjoys the pressure of the hose then all you need to do is put him on a leash and wash them with the hose, make sure you’re not too close to your dog since the water pressure can be painful or uncomfortable. If you have a sensitive or smaller dog, maybe using the hose won’t be the best idea. But you can still fill up some containers with water from the hose and wait for the water to warm a bit. Then wash your dog normally. The best way on how to wash your dog’s fur while you’re outside is by getting a dog hairbrush and gently brushing the hair in circular motions, and of course, don’t let him roll around the grass or floor during the shower! Make sure you buy a specific dog grooming kit in the vet or local pet store, don’t use a human brush.
