2. Don’t apply sunscreen to dogs
You may think that dogs will burn on a hot summer day just like you do, but you couldn’t be more wrong. Dogs have their coat for a reason, which protects them from cold and hot days. Applying sunscreen to dogs is harmful to their skin. It can be toxic when ingested since it possesses zinc oxide, a dangerous ingredient to your dog’s intestines, causing them diarrhea and vomit with blood in it. Dogs love to lick everything, so be responsible and don’t allow them to come near your products.
