Silk may be that kind of fabric that people idealize having on their beds, but if you ever tried sleeping on silky sheets, you know that it’s not as good as people think. And trust me when I say that it’s also a bad fabric for pets!
Yes, pet’s hair will slip off, and you won’t need to worry about that, but silk absorbs moisture and stains very easily, it’s hard to clean, snags a lot, and your pets will rip it as easily as a hot knife cutting butter.
