8. Bergamasco
One dog breed you never heard of is probably the Bergamasco. However, their unique look can easily get anyone’s attention. They look like they have giant dreadlocks all over their bodies when, in reality, it’s just an optical illusion. Once you come close to them, you realize their normal hair grows in a funny shape, making them look like they just had a very creative haircut. Even though the “bangs” are part of their style, it always gets in their eyes, so you have to make sure your dog can see and trim that area whenever necessary. And yes, they come from Italy, the name says it all.
