3. They are more likely to get cancer

You probably heard that you should neuter your dog because this will decrease his chance of developing cancer, but a study performed by Dr. Benjamin L. Hart at the University of California says it works the other way around.

He says that neutered dogs have a higher chance of getting cancer, especially osteosarcoma, hemangiosarcoma, mast cell tumours and lymphoma.
