At the end of the day, if you don’t care about having a healthy dog and doing all these things listed above, you shouldn’t have a dog at all. They might be better off in a shelter, than being mistreated somewhere else.
On the other hand, if you’re willing to do all these things, then congratulations, there are no reasons why anyone should hate your dog, and you’re doing an amazing job as a dog owner!
