The veterinary community says that the animal’s unbridled fat intake is what causes pancreatitis in dogs.
Eating too much fat can cause the pancreas to overload and cause it to fail. Avoid this by giving him bacon scraps or other high fat processed foods and opt for a low fat and easily digestible diet.
