However, just like humans, some dogs can experience disproportionate levels of anxiety and develop what is called an anxiety disorder.


Dog anxiety symptoms include destructive behavior, aggression, drooling, excessive licking, panting, pacing, whining, trembling, dilated pupils, avoiding interactions, abnormal behaviors (yawning, shaking his body as if it were wet, sniffing the air, etc.), and urinating inside the house.
