By walking the treadmill, the dog must maintain coordination and balance using mental concentration as well as their physical strength to keep moving.
But be careful, before you start, slowly introduce the treadmill by having your canine companion be comfortable around the machine. Never place your pup on the treadmill and simply expect him or her to begin walking. Also, never leave your pup alone on a treadmill.
