Simply have your furry friend sit and stand in quick succession. To make it more difficult, have your pup place his/her front paws on a step or any elevated surface, then do the same move only this time it’d look like a push-up.
You can also stay fit together by doing lunges and training your dog to walk under your front leg as you hold a lunge, then repeat with the other side. This way, you can exercise together without having to go outside.
