4. Chihuahuas were bigger but shrunk
It’s believed that the Chihuahua dog shrunk over time to become the size we know them as today.
The earliest version of these feisty dogs was much larger but as they bred with smaller dogs from Asia, they shrunk. Still, their large personalities and big brains (figuratively speaking) remain!
5. They have a soft spot
So you tried to pat your Chihuahua’s head but they ducked or growled at you? Don’t just jump to the conclusion that your Chihuahua hates you yet!
