8. They say nope to rain and cold
Never take a Chihuahua out in chilly weather or in the rain. As desert dogs, Chihuahuas don’t tolerate the cold weather well and are going to shiver and have a very hard time, so please make sure to dress your Chihuahua in a warm fuzzy dog coat or shirt if you have to go out.
If it’s snowy, keep your baby warm indoors.
