#5 – Call Ahead and Reserve a Space For Your Dog
It is important to notify your airline about the fact that you will be bringing a dog with you on the plane, especially that some carriers only allow a limited number of dogs on the plane.
When you call them, you make sure that you reserve a space for your dog. This way, you won’t have any trouble with the staff when you show up with your dog tucked nicely inside the dog carrier bag.
