If you have an older dog, then you can play outdoors together with less tiring, but equally-burning exercise. You can also take your dog for a refreshing walk during your lunch break, to not only keep him relaxed during the day but to also help you stay physically and mentally healthy.
5. Use brain games
If you don’t have time for outdoor exercises, or maybe it’s too rainy or snowy for any activity, then you can use some brain exercises to tire your dog out! You can play a fun 3-5 minutes training game with your pup a few times during the day. It’s a quicker and faster way to keep him away for the next hour or so. Plus, it is easy to fit those quick training sessions into your schedule.
