One of the things your dog wants you to say and do is show him how much you care and love him and how amazing he is! Your dog may not understand your words, but he can definitely differentiate between a happy tone voice and an angry one. Tell him how lucky you are to have him and how special dog he is, and how your life changed the day you decided to bring him into the house. Your dog will love it!
