3. Let him help you with home chores
Your dog won’t probably wash the dishes – unless you let him lick it – but you can use him to help with other chores. Giving you clothes when you’re putting them in the wash machine is one of them. How? Easy if he already knows some voice commands, such as “go get it” and “give me”. Then you just need to have him near you, point the clothes you want and say those commands. Don’t forget to give him a treat every 2 or 3 pieces of cloth. This is a great exercise for your dog’s brain and a perfect way to strengthen both your connection.
