6. Let your dog socialize with others
This is extremely important for dogs, especially during that sensitive growth period before 16 weeks. This is when dogs learn how to behave in the presence of others of his species. They will understand the difference between another dog wanting to play with him or attack him. So, if you want your dog to be smart enough to be able to read other dogs’ attitudes, go out and let him explore the world. This is also a great opportunity for you to meet new people.
