2. See if your dog’s breed is restricted
Many airlines put restrictions on pet breeds, both dogs and cats. Breeds like Boxers, Boston terriers, and bulldogs are restricted to fly with many airlines. However, a few will allow them on the plane as long as they are in the cabin with you. But, just so you won’t be falling into any misunderstandings or issues before flying with a pet, talk to the airline.
