4. Dog’s tail
Do you want to understand a dog’s body language? Look at his tail. It’s the strongest indicator of his emotions. When your canine friend is wagging his tail quickly from side to side, then he is so excited and happy. But once he is nervous or cautious, the tail will be straight out and wagged slower in a more steady way. An alerted dog will hold the tail tall and stable, but a fearful dog will tuck it between his legs. And when you see his tail in its natural position, then your dog is content.
