5. Is hydration important?
Of course, dehydration can be the main cause of many issues, which is why you have to keep hydrating yourself and your pouch during the jog. It will also improve your sports performance, help you cool down after a run quickly, and of course, quench your thirst.
When running with your dog, it’s recommended to give him a few gulps of water only when he is really thirsty (same for you) for a healthier jog.
