Pugs can go to exhaustion within a short time on a hot day. The ideal temperature for this breed ranges from -4 °C to 25 °C: heat is definitely not for them. In addition to the risk of heat stroke, long-term exposure to high temperatures can cause damage to organs such as the heart, kidneys, and liver.
