Intestinal blockage is also possible when large pieces are swallowed. The best choice is to keep them out of reach or keeping an eye on your dog whenever he’s around these items. Many people tend to leave pumpkins on their front porch or yards, so whenever you walk your dog outside, make sure he’s on a leash, especially during the holiday season.
