2. Keep electrical objects away from pets

Electrical objects such as decoration items, lights, etc. can be harmful to your dog, causing all kinds of disasters, from cutting themselves with glass pieces to catching an electric shock or chewing on electric cords. You need to keep these objects out of reach or even avoid using them at all.

1. Halloween pet costumes may cause stress

Even though a dog Halloween costume may sound like a fun cute idea for your pup, it’s often a traumatic experience for them.  To understand whether it is a good option or not, you should figure out whether your dog is ok with it or not. And for that, there’s no better test than to try it on a couple of days before Halloween and check how your dog feels.  The costume itself shouldn’t be too tight or restrict your dog’s movements, sight, or ability to bark, and of course, breathe.  Halloween is such an exciting time. The weather becomes slightly colder, the leaves fall to the ground and there’s this magical atmosphere that surrounds us and gives us the best type of chills.  So, to keep up the good vibes about Halloween, you must assure it is a good season for your dog as well. Dogs pick up on their owner’s energy, so as long as you’re happy and excited, your dog will be too.
