2. Consider taking your puppy into the house
Maybe you don’t like the idea of having a dog inside the house because they make a mess, or because they leave fur everywhere. But if the temperatures become really low, your puppy’s well-being should be above that. On more severe Winter nights, consider taking your puppy inside. Make them a small bed on the floor using old sweaters and allow them to stay the night. If you insulate their house properly, chances are this will rarely ever happen.
